In Re: Milot v. Milot, Docket No. FA18-6026439-S

Dear Judge Winslow:

I understand Lawyer Rebecca Mayo-Goodrich made a big fuss in your courtroom regarding a preservation letter I wrote to parties I am suing e.g., Agent Provocateur Raymond J. Milot, and intend to sue e.g., Lawyer Rebecca Mayo-Goodrich and her law firm.

I certainly hope my seeking to preserve my company's and my legal claims didn't prejudice Ms. Jowdy's parental rights in your court. That would be sad for her children whose mental health need the nurturing of a parent who treats them as ends and not as means to carry out vendettas or settle civil litigation.

I've known Ms. Jowdy since 1995. She is the kindest, most honest, and loyal person I know. Her aspirations for her children are for them to have solid moral foundations, be empathetic toward others and live happy, productive lives. Sadly, without her participating in their lives, that's not going to happen. So far, the only winners in this case are Lawyer Goodrich and Provocateur Milot.

You're obviously a very experienced and intelligent judge. I'm sure you see daily the kind of malarkey Lawyer Goodrich and Provocateur Milot discharge and, I'm sure you honestly believe you make the right decisions for children in high-conflict cases. Accordingly, I beg you to continue to work to get it right for Ms. Jowdy's children so they can be at peace, and she can feel fulfilled as a mother.

Since my preservation letters are apparently of keen interest in your court, attached is another.

Yours humbly,

Jon Goodwin
