In Re: Complaint for Perjury and Fabrication of Evidence by Christine M. Jowdy in Jowdy v. Goodwin, Dkt. No. LLI-FA24-5016249-S (Mar. 4, 2024)

Dear Inspector [withheld]:

Pursuant to [redacted], herewith is my affidavit and complaint regarding Christine Jowdy's specious application for relief from abuse which, based on Ms. Jowdy's false affidavit, perjurious testimony and fabricated evidence was granted on March 25, 2024.

Ms. Jowdy filed the application on March 4, 2024, in retaliation for my:

1) Reporting child abuse and neglect, including suspected child sexual abuse and child pornography to the FBI, Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the New Milford Police Department in December 2023 (December 13th through 19th);

2) Filing a bar complaint against Robert Serafinowicz, a lawyer who has an attorney-client relationship with both Ms. Jowdy and me, who has falsely denied such relationship with me, and has represented Ms. Jowdy in criminal and civil litigation matters against my interests; and

3) Filing a lawsuit against her on February 28, 2024 (see Goodwin v. Jowdy, Dkt. No. LLI-CV24-5016241-S, (Feb. 28, 2024).

Also attached is the bar complaint I filed against Serafinowicz on January 18, 2023 (Goodwin v. Serafiniowicz, Complaint #24-0037), Serafiniowicz's response and my reply showing that in testimony on September 18, 2023 and subsequent communications, Ms. Jowdy stated that Serafinowicz agreed to represent both her and me. Serafinowicz's statements to the Waterbury Grievance Panel set forth in his Response are baldfaced lies.

I am waiting for additional evidence from the New Milford Police Department and the Connecticut State Police and will update this complaint as soon as I receive that information.

Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

Sincerely,

Jon Goodwin
